1. Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand that plans change. Here is how our cancellation process works:

  • Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering and we haven't shipped it yet, we will issue a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: If the order hasn't shipped but 24 hours have passed, we can still cancel it, but a 5% processing fee will be applied.
  • Order Shipped: Since we aim to ship within 1-2 business days, we cannot cancel orders that have already left our warehouse. In this case, please wait to receive the package and then initiate a return.

To cancel, simply email our team at service@fizzglow.com with your order details.

 

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your package. If you are not 100% satisfied with your unopened product, you can return it for a refund.

 

3. Why We Are Strict About Hygiene

Your safety is our priority.

Because our products are intimate in nature, strictly adhering to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals. This ensures that every product you receive from Fizzglow is brand new and safe.

*Note: Please do not send opened products back to us, as we will be unable to refund them.

 

4. Issues with Your Order?

We've got your back. If something went wrong, please contact service@fizzglow.com immediately.

  • Wrong Product? If we sent the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours. We will fix it free of charge.
  • Damaged or Defective? If your toy arrives damaged or stops working, send us a photo or video describing the issue. We will replace it or refund you.
  • Package Not Received? If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement ASAP.
